ENTRY RULES

All film entries submitted on digitally, and received by the final receipt deadline.
Non-English language produced films must have English subtitles or be dubbed in English.
All entrants certify that they have been given full rights to use any and all music in their films.
Film Producers are responsible for insurance and shipment costs of films to WLFF.
You may submit your entry and payment either online through our webform or through FilmFreeway. No preference will be given to either method of submission.
Entries must be received by the applicable Entry Deadline.
WLFF will not share your movies with anyone except the official judges of the competition.
By entering the WLFF, you represent that your entry is your original work, and does not infringe on the copyright or other rights of other people.
Submissions must be the original work of the applicant. Entries may be adapted from the applicant’s own work.
The decisions of the judges are final.
WLFF reserves the right to make any necessary changes, postponements, or cancellations to event scheduling at our discretion.
Notification of winners and official finalists will be sent by email and posted on our website. It is the responsibility of the winners to redeem any prizes allotted to them by the WLFF or our sponsors. Applicants will be responsible for providing current contact information and mailing addresses for prize redemption purposes.
There is no limit to the number of movies you may submit.
Movies submitted to the competition must NOT have been previously optioned, purchased or produced at the time of entry. If a submitted movie becomes optioned, produced or purchased between the time of submission and the end of the judging period, that movie will no longer be eligible.
Movies submitted under a pen name will be immediately disqualified.
Movie titles cannot be changed upon resubmission under any circumstances.
Entrants must be 18 years or over.
Entry is open to everyone, nationally and internationally.
No major corrections or alterations can be made after entries have been received.
The current closing date is at Midnight on our Calender.
Entries are acknowledged by your receiving of a PayPal receipt.
Submissions must be paid via FilmFreeway or the PayPal buttons on this site. Payment can be made using your PayPal account or via the Credit/Debit card option on the PayPal page.
Full refunds are available up to the closing date of each round, please contact us via email to us about it.
Once a round's closing date has passed, no refunds can be made.
The results of the competition will be announced on the World London Film Festival website and winners promoted on our social media accounts. Winners will get our unique online certificate.

To enter the WLFF, you must agree to its Terms and Conditions.

We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights. We only share where you're applying from during the winning announcements and only for the winning writers. If you do not wish to publish your country please let us know, we'll not share it.
We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the ongoing operation of one of our services.

Entries that fail to comply with rules, terms and conditions, privacy policies and requirements will be disqualified. No correspondence can be entered into, Judges’ decisions are final.

Entire Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between World London Film Festival and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of World London Film Festival or by the posting by World London Film Festival of a revised version. Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement, any access to or use of the Website will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms of use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid/unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof.
